Please read these rules before taking part.
The Program lets Participants earn gSera by taking part in Sera and by growing the Sera community through referrals. Participation is voluntary. These Rules apply in addition to Sera's terms of service and privacy policy; where they conflict on a Program matter, these Rules govern.
gSera is a rewards point issued at Sera's discretion for participation in the Program. gSera confers no ownership, equity, security, or other right. It is not a currency and is not offered or sold. Its treatment, redemption, and any future utility are determined solely by Sera and may change at any time. gSera balances do not represent a debt or obligation owed to any Participant.
All earning is activity-gated: rewards are tied to Qualifying activity, never to sign-ups or referrals alone. Amounts, rates, caps, levels, and eligibility windows are set by Sera and may change at any time. Rewards may be provisional until finalised, and provisional amounts may be adjusted.
Participation may be restricted or unavailable where prohibited by law or by Sera's terms. You may not participate if you are barred by applicable sanctions, are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or are otherwise ineligible. You are solely responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance and for any taxes arising from participation. One Identity may not operate multiple Program accounts to obtain rewards it would not otherwise receive.
Rewards exist to recognise genuine participation and real network growth. The following are prohibited, and this list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
Conduct by anyone in your Network that violates these Rules may affect your own rewards to the extent those rewards derive from that conduct.
Sera may monitor, review, and investigate accounts, Wallets, Identities, referrals, Networks, and activity — including on-chain data, timing, funding relationships, device and network signals, and clustering — to detect conduct inconsistent with these Rules. Detection may be automated, manual, or both, and may occur at any time, including retrospectively. The absence, timing, or outcome of any monitoring does not limit Sera's rights under Section 8.
Where Sera considers, in its sole and absolute discretion and judgement, that conduct is abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Rules, Sera may take any one or more of the following measures, in any combination, at any time, with or without notice:
These measures may be applied whether or not the relevant conduct was previously detected, flagged, or acted upon, and whether or not enforcement measures were previously applied to it or to similar conduct. No prior tolerance, non-enforcement, delay, or partial enforcement is a waiver of, or limits, Sera's right to enforce these Rules — including retrospectively. Enforcement measures are without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Sera. Sera's determinations under these Rules are final.
Sera may require a Participant to provide information, verification, or evidence reasonably relevant to an investigation. Failure to cooperate, or provision of false or misleading information, is itself a breach of these Rules and may result in any measure in Section 8.
Every discretion in these Rules is Sera's sole and absolute discretion. Sera's failure or delay in exercising any right is not a waiver of it, and a single or partial exercise does not preclude any further exercise. Sera's decisions on eligibility, Qualifying activity, abuse, rewards, and enforcement are final.
Sera may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, any reward, rate, amount, cap, level, or Rule, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sera may terminate the Program entirely. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of it. On termination, unredeemed or provisional gSera may be cancelled at Sera's discretion.
The Program is provided "as is." Nothing here is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or any promise of value. Sera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the Program, from any change to it, or from any enforcement measure, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sera processes Program-related data, including on-chain and account data, to operate the Program and to detect and prevent abuse, in accordance with Sera's privacy policy.
If any provision of these Rules is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. These Rules are governed by the laws specified in Sera's terms of service, and are the entire agreement between you and Sera regarding the Program.
